Shipping & Delivery Information


Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship only within the United States and Canada. Orders with delivery addresses outside these regions cannot be fulfilled at this time.

For shipments to Canada, please be aware that international import regulations may apply. Additional details regarding duties, taxes, and customs requirements are outlined in the relevant sections below.

Order Processing Time

Once your payment is successfully confirmed, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays (including U.S. and Canadian holidays). These days are not counted toward processing time.

Canadian Orders:
Orders shipped to Canada may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing. This allows us to verify shipping information, prepare required customs documentation (such as a commercial invoice), and ensure compliance with Canadian import regulations.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

  • U.S. Standard Shipping:
    Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Canadian Shipping:
    Estimated delivery within 10–25 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. This extended timeframe accounts for international transit and potential customs clearance delays.

Shipping Carriers

  • United States:
    We primarily ship domestic orders via USPS.

  • Canada:
    Canadian orders are shipped using USPS International or a comparable international carrier. The specific carrier may vary based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping service.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number.

  • U.S. shipments typically include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

  • Canadian shipments may have limited tracking after reaching Canadian customs; further updates can often be viewed through the local postal service’s website.

Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

  • U.S. Orders:
    Tracking updates are available throughout the entire delivery journey.

  • Canadian Orders:
    Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear. Once the package enters Canada, updates may be less frequent. For the most accurate status, we recommend checking the local postal service (such as Canada Post) using your tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or marked as “delivered” but not received, please follow the steps below:

For U.S. Orders:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.

  • Contact USPS directly using your tracking number for delivery details.

For Canadian Orders:

  • Allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

  • Check with the local postal service or customs authorities using your tracking number.

  • Confirm with household members or nearby delivery locations (such as local post offices).

If the Package Is Still Missing:

  • U.S. Orders: Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

  • Canadian Orders: Contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
