Supported Currencies

To maintain pricing clarity and transparency, the final charge currency at checkout is determined by the shipping destination:

  • United States: Orders shipped to U.S. addresses are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD)

  • Canada: Orders shipped to Canadian addresses are charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

The currency selector displayed on our website is provided for price-preview purposes only. Regardless of the selected display currency, the final transaction will always be processed in the currency associated with your shipping country as outlined above.

Payment Authorizations & Charges

When an order is placed, your bank may apply a temporary authorization hold for the total order amount. This is not a completed charge and is used only to confirm available funds. The final payment is captured only after your order has been successfully confirmed and prepared for shipment.

If a payment is declined or flagged for additional verification, we may contact you to confirm billing or card details. Should verification be unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel the order to ensure transaction security.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once processed, refunds typically appear on your bank or card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
